- We will have at least 5 Sonars (which would allow for 40 participants - but we’re trying to buy more!) which will utilize the following schedule on the training Thursdays:
- Brief chalk talk to go over drills specific for each skill level.
- Each Sonar will be assigned a Red and Black team of four (4) participants
- Each team will sail for approx. 1 hour and work through the curriculum. After that time, the Red and Black teams will rotate.
- Whichever team is not sailing aboard a Sonar will be on a private powerboat following the Sonar fleet working with their own Coach aboard the powerboat to discuss what they did, what they learned and watching the alternate team participate in the same drills to gain a different perspective.
- All teams will assist and be responsible for pulling Sonars at the end of each practice
- Brief chalk talk and cocktails to recap the evening
