Teen Reachers is a course designed for intermediate to advanced sailors. Classes run Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Campers enjoy the opportunity to sail a variety of boats including Wing Sailing as part of the program.

The program includes both on-the-water and shore-based activities, such as the popular Sailing Jeopardy and friendly volleyball matches. As a highlight of the session, Reachers will sail across the lake to “the Rock,” a tradition that marks the end of the program.

GLSS will offer Teen Reachers as one-week sessions this summer. Sailors are welcome to enroll in as many sessions as they wish, with instructors keeping each week engaging by selecting activities based on weather and wind conditions.
